Fun weekend of training and learning for adults and kids. Join Olympian Garrott Kuzzy and friends for a great experience with plenty of new ideas! Rollerskiiing, video anaylsis, lactates, soccer games, kids activities – something for everyone in the family to have fun outside. Activities begin Friday July 13 at 6:30pm, and conclude Sunday mid-day. Attend as many or as few sessions as you want.
Proceeds to benefit the Twin Cities Junior Development Fund, a scholarship program to support our next generation of ski racers.

The 2012-2013 adult programming is finalized. The SISU adult programs are for any Nordic skier – beginner to advanced – who has an interest in improving their ski technique and fitness in a supportive environment with a group of like minded skiers. A full schedule of camps, events and programs are prepared for another great year.

The 2012-2013 Junior Programming is finalized. With a solid year of results (qualifying 14/49 to the Midwest’s Junior National team, 5 section champions and 35 state participants), the programs are ready for another year. A full schedule of camps and programs are prepared as well as the new “D” team. Stay tuned for an info meeting in early March. Time to work hard, have fun….repeat!! Remember, sign up by 4.1.12 and save.

Join in on the fun at the inaugural “Go Green” Trail Run on May 5, 2012. Run, Jog or pole hike the beautiful trails of Battle Creek Park in St. Paul. Go off road this year and raise support for St. Paul’s green spaces. This is a great chance to get active – good for your body and good for the environment. A partnership between Ramsey County and the SISU Foundation took another step forward on Tuesday. The project would entail the construction of an outdoor center at Battle Creek Regional park, snowmaking for ski trails, along with additional lighting.
